Annual General Meeting
23rd September, 2005
Dear Parents,
At this time of year, we hold the PTA AGM to which you are cordially invited. The meeting will be held on Monday 3rd October 2005 at 7p.m. in the school hall. As is our custom, we shall have refreshments consisting of various cheeses to sample, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.
Our meeting is very much a social event, an opportunity to 'get to know' each other and gain information regarding the running of the PTA. The 'Chair' will give a very brief outline in relationship to this.
We would very much welcome your attendance at the meeting. Every parent or guardian automatically becomes a member of the PTA but if you are able to offer a little time (four or so evenings per year) by becoming a member of the PTA committee or if that is not possible, just to add your name to a 'helpers' list, either would be most appreciated.
I look forward to meeting you on the 3rd October.
